Origin Code warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“Customer” or “you”) that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this Warranty Policy, Origin Code will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product during the applicable warranty period (the “Warranty Service”).
(1) The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase of the product. To obtain Warranty Service, the Customer must provide valid proof of the original purchase date, such as an invoice, sales receipt, or other purchase documentation.
(2) If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, Origin Code will determine the warranty start date based on the product serial number or manufacturing date. In such cases, the warranty period will generally be deemed to commence three months after the product manufacturing date.
(3) For products designated with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, Origin Code will provide repair service if the product is determined tobe defective in materials or workmanship during its product life cycle. If the product cannot be repaired, Origin Code will provide a replacement product with equivalent performance and functionality.
*Certain product accessories (such as cooling fans and similar components) may be covered by a separate warranty period, typically a three (3)-year limited warranty.
Please note the following:
(1) Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, Origin Code reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the product based on the inspection results.
(2) Replacement products may include service stock units or replacement components certified by Origin Code.
(3) Replacement products or components may contain either new materials or recycled materials with performance equivalent to new.
(4) The functionality and performance of any replacement product or component will be at least equivalent to that of the original product.
(5) Any defective product replaced or returned under Warranty Service shall become the property of Origin Code and will not be returned to the Customer.
(6) Products returned after repair may not be the original units submitted for service.
(7) If a product has been discontinued or is no longer serviceable, Origin Code reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equivalent value or higher performance.
Any replacement product or component will be covered for the longer of: (i) ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, or (ii) the remainder of the original product warranty period.
Warranty Service provided by Origin Code does not include any data backup, recovery, or restoration services for digital data stored on the product.
Origin Code does not guarantee the integrity, availability, or preservation of any data stored on the product during or after the repair or replacement process. Origin Code shall not be liable for any data corruption, data loss, or unauthorized disclosure of information arising from the repair, replacement, or handling of the product. Furthermore, Origin Code assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from data loss or data leakage.
Accordingly, for products with data storage functionality, Customers are strongly advised to:
(1) Back up all important data prior to submitting the product for Warranty Service; and
(2) Remove or erase any sensitive, confidential, or important information from the product before service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Origin Code shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, including but not limited to:
(1) Loss of profits;
(2) Loss of business or commercial opportunities;
(3) Indirect losses; or
(4) Special, incidental, or consequential damages.
The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. In no event shall Origin Code’s total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Consumer-grade products manufactured by Origin Code are not designed or intended for use in applications requiring fail-safe performance, ultra-high precision, or absolute operational safety.
Accordingly, these products are not recommended for use in equipment or systems where product failure could result in personal injury, death, or significant property damage, including but not limited to:
(1) Medical equipment or life-support systems;
(2) Military equipment or defense systems;
(3) Aviation or aerospace equipment;
(4) Traffic control systems;
(5) Disaster prevention or emergency response systems;
(6) Combustion control systems; or
(7) Nuclear facilities or nuclear energy systems.
Origin Code shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of the product in the foregoing applications.
Except as expressly set forth in this Warranty Policy, Origin Code makes no other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
(1) Any implied warranty of merchantability; or
(2) Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Where the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties is prohibited under applicable laws or regulations in certain jurisdictions, such implied warranties shall apply only to the extent required by law and for a period not exceeding the warranty period specified in this Warranty Policy.

Subject to the applicable terms and conditions, Customers may be eligible for the following after-sales services:
(1) 7-Day Return and Replacement Service: Within seven (7) days from 00:00 on the day following confirmed delivery of the product (168 hours constituting seven full days, based on the courier delivery confirmation time), Customers may request a return, replacement, or repair service.Eligibility for the 7-day no-reason return and replacement service is subject to the following conditions: The returned product must be in good condition and free from damage; All accessories, labels, trademarks, and packaging contents must be complete and intact; and the product must pass inspection by the Origin Code Service Center before the return or replacement request can be processed.
(2) Performance Failure Service (Days 8–15): If a product experiences a performance-related failure between the 8thand 15th day after delivery, the Customer may request either a replacement or repair service. Where a replacement is requested, Origin Code will provide a replacement product of the same model and specifications. If the same model is discontinued or factory repair service is no longer available, Origin Code reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equivalent value, equivalent class, or higher performance. Any returned product replaced under this policy shall become the property of Origin Code. If the Customer declines the replacement product and instead requests a return and refund, Origin Code reserves the right, for opened or used products, to charge a depreciation fee based on the actual usage condition of the product. The depreciation fee shall be calculated at a rate of 0.25‰ per day based on the original invoice amount, calculated from the invoice issuance date to the date the returned product is received by Origin Code. The applicable depreciation amount will be deducted from the refund accordingly. However, if no defect is identified upon inspection by Origin Code, the product will be returned to the Customer, and the Customer shall be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data at all times. Origin Code provides repair services only and assumes no responsibility or obligation for data backup or recovery, nor for any consequences arising from data loss or information disclosure. This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To request Warranty Service, Customers may obtain support through one of the following channels:
(1) Contact the local authorized distributor from whom the product was purchased;
(2) Submit a warranty service request through the official Origin Code website; or
(3) Contact the Origin Code Service & Support Center directly.
Certain products may require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval prior to being returned for service. Origin Code reserves the right to refuse any returned product that does not have an approved RMA authorization.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending products to the Origin Code service center.
After-sales and warranty services may be performed by Origin Code, its authorized service providers, or designated third-party service centers.
This Warranty Service does not apply to product defects or damages resulting from, including but not limited to, the following circumstances:
(1) Damage caused by force majeure events, including fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other natural disasters;
(2) Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or external causes;
(3) Product failure caused by dropping, crushing, deformation, or other physical damage;
(4) Repair, disassembly, modification, or alteration performed by any party other than Origin Code, an Origin Code Service Center, or an authorized service provider;
(5) Damage caused by the use of components, accessories, or parts not supplied or approved by Origin Code;
(6) Failure resulting from improper installation or use inconsistent with the product instructions or specifications;
(7) Any warranty label, seal, or identification mark issued by Origin Code being damaged, altered, removed, or missing;
(8) Product serial numbers that are inconsistent with Origin Code records, have been altered, or cannot be identified; or
(9) Damage to the product or packaging caused during transportation or shipment.
